Tai Chi Qi Gong is a practice that promotes the connection with the body through slow movements combined with breathing, calming the mind and entering a state of moving meditation.
Each class lasts an hour and generally consists of a brief warm-up, a meditation, then a group of exercises with a specific objective (like stretching the spine for example) and finally Tai Chi Qi Gong is practiced.
Topics in different classes may differ, but all classes are organized to learn new subjects, to exercise and relax at the same time.

Yes, you can join the class with anyone else. Everybody can enjoy one free class. As a matter of fact, if you like the classes, we encourage you to invite other people to join lessons helping us to promote this beautiful practice. However, after the free class each student will have to pay the monthly fee.
Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Meditation are ancient practices that could improve your health issues, but in no case these practices constitute a form of medical diagnosis and/or treatment. If you have a health problem you should see a doctor.
