Group Classes
The Student will receive from GermanBruno.com through a secure channel, a link to subscribe to a monthly payment (or annually payment depending on preference) through a Recognized and Secure Payment Platform, which can be PayPal or Wise.com.
After the Student completes the subscription process on the Payment Platform with their chosen email and password, they will receive a link that they will use to enter the online classes, together with the description of the Class, its date, time, duration, frequency and other details necessary for accessing.
Private classes
In the event that the Student decides to pay each class individually, she/he may do so through a payment link using a Recognized and Secure Payment Platform, which can be PayPal or Wise.com.
After the Student completes the payment of the class in the Payment Platform with their chosen email and password, they will receive a link that they will use to enter the online class, along with the description of the Class, its date, time, duration and other details necessary for accessing.
The Student can opt for a subscription with monthly or annually payments for their private classes, in which case the same policy described above for Group Classes applies.
Alternative payment methods
In some specific cases, the Student may pay directly through his personal bank account by wire transfer to a GermanBruno.com bank account or through some other payment alternative enabled for this purpose. Please check if this option is available in your country. In this case, special conditions may apply that will be determined at the time of providing the payment information.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by GermanBruno.com:
Group and Private Classes
If a group class has less than 2 Students registered 30 minutes before the start time, GermanBruno.com reserves the right to cancel the class.
GermanBruno.com may occasionally cancel private and group classes, workshops or events.
If GermanBruno.com makes a cancellation, the Student will be notified and will receive a refund or a credit into GermanBruno.com account, if the Student choose to.
Cancellation by the Student:
Private classes
GermanBruno.com has a 24-hour cancellation policy for private classes. Full payment will be charged if the Student cancels a private class already scheduled without prior 24-hour notice.
If the Student makes a cancellation properly notified 24 hours in advance, the Student will receive a refund or a credit to his GermanBruno.com account, if the Student choose to.
As a goodwill gesture on part of GermanBruno.com, in exceptional cases refunds will be given for private sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance, provided that the Student has not previously canceled other pre-arranged sessions without prior 24-hour notice. In this case, the Student must request a Refund in writing to GermanBruno.com. GermanBruno.com reserves the right to deny the refund if it is not considered appropriate and may also retain a percentage of the money paid to cover administrative costs related to the refund if it is approved.
Group Classes
A Student may cancel a monthly or annually subscription to GermanBruno.com at any time. To Cancel Subscriptions, go to the Payment Platform you used to subscribe to the service (PayPal.com or Wise.com), log in with your email, find your GermanBruno.com Subscription, and then click the Cancel button.
The Student must have in mind that it is the Student sole responsibility to Cancel the subscriptions with recurring payments before the period they wish to Cancel is invoiced. If the Student wanted to Unsubscribe and forgot to do so, as a goodwill gesture on part of GermanBruno.com, in exceptional cases refunds will be given. In this case, the Student must request a Refund in writing to GermanBruno.com. GermanBruno.com reserves the right to deny the refund if it is not considered appropriate and may also retain a percentage of the money paid to cover administrative costs related to the refund if it is approved.
Refund Request Deadline
Any refund may be requested within a maximum of 30 days after the purchase is made. After this period the refund will not be approved.
